  学校简介

  华中师范大学位于九省通衢的湖北省武汉市,坐落在武昌南湖之滨的桂子山上,毗邻武汉新技术开发区,占地面积 2000多亩,是中国教育部直属重点综合性师范大学,国家“211工程”重点建设的大学,是国家培养中、高等学校师资和其他高级专门人才的重要基地。

  学校具有悠久的历史,在百余年的发展中既继承了中国传统文化的精华,又汲取了外来文化的养分,更弘扬了革命文化教育的传统,形成了“忠诚博雅、朴实刚毅”的华师精神,为国家培养了18万多优秀人才。

  学校下设21个学院; 4个系; 60余个研究所和研究中心。56个本科专业(方向) 面向全国招生。学校设有教育部中南师资培训中心、教育部中南教育管理干部培训中心。目前各类全日制在校生2万余人,其中研究生6000余人,留学生400余人。学校基本形成了从本科生到硕士生、博士生及博士后,从全日制到成人教育完备的高等教育体系。

  学校现有教职工近 5000人,专任教师1400余人,其中教授311人,副教授500余人,博士生导师219人,人文社会科学资深教授2人,“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授1人,专兼职院士5人。是国家首批批准的具有博士、硕士学位授予权的单位之一,有权自行评审和授予教授、副教授职称和博士生导师资格。现有国家重点学科8个、省部级重点学科15个、国家文理科基础学科人才培养和科学研究基地2个、全国人文社会科学重点研究基地3个,教育部重点实验室和工程技术中心各1个。中国语言文学和物理等8个专业设有博士后流动站,有7个博士学位授权一级学科,19个硕士学位授权一级学科,78个博士学位授权学科专业,160个硕士学位授权学科专业。

  一、招聘岗位

  二、岗位职责和工作目标

  1.全面主持学院工作,制定学院的发展战略,推进学科建设;

  4.实施国际化和信息化战略,加强与国际知名大学、学术组织和研究机构的合作,提高学院的国际化和信息化水平。

  三、应聘条件

  1.在本学科领域内取得国内外同行公认的学术成就,具有国际化的学术视野和引领本学科发展的办学思路;原则上应是知名大学教授或相应职位(特别优秀者条件可适当放宽),知名研究机构、企业研究员或相应职位,并具有博士学位;

  2.熟悉高等教育规律,了解国内外高等教育状况,能够针对学院实际,提出具有前瞻性的发展战略;具有国内外知名大学院系、研究所或实验室管理工作的经历;有较强的组织协调、对外交往、表达沟通能力;

  3.具有较强的敬业精神、服务意识和合作意识,善于开拓创新,个人品质良好,公道正派,治学严谨;

  4.身心健康,年龄一般不超过50周岁(具有特别学术影响力者年龄可适当放宽);

  5.境内应聘者聘期内应在我校全职工作,境外应聘者聘期内每年在我校工作时间一般不少于6个月。

  五、招聘程序

  1.报名。应聘者在2013年12月31日前通过电子邮件、信件报名,并提交有关材料;

  2.审查。学校组织专家审核材料,并根据报名情况,每个岗位确定一定比例候选人参加面试;

  3.面试。学校安排候选人来校参加面试;

  4.录用。学校根据面试情况确定拟聘任人选,并进行任前公示,公示通过后,双方签订聘任合同。

  六、聘任期限与待遇

  1.首聘期为四年,聘任期满后,根据考核情况,经双方协商后,可以续聘为院长或长聘为相关学科的高层次人才;

  2.对于校外受聘人,将按照学校高层次人才引进的相关政策,提供合适的薪酬福利待遇;若为两院院士、国家“百千万人才工程”领军人才、国家“千人计划”入选者、“长江学者”、“国家青年杰出基金”获得者等,待遇从优,具体面议。

  Recruitment of Deans of Various Schools of CCNU

  A brief introduction to CCNU

  Central China Normal University (CCNU), established in 1903, is a key comprehensive university under the direct administration of the Ministry of Education and is highly recognized on the list of “211 National Education Priority Project” and the “Project 985” platform for teacher education.  Located in Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province and a major hub of transportation in China, the picturesque campus of CCNU is nestled on Guizi Hill, bordering South Lake.

  To speed up the development of the university into a first-grade university with the distinguished character of teacher education, it offers the following positions of Deans of various schools. Applicants both at home and abroad are welcome.

  II. Responsibilities and Objectives

  1. Be in charge of the overall work of the school, formulate its development strategy and promote disciplinary construction.

  2. Be responsible for introducing and nurturing high-level talents, strengthening team construction and building a high-level faculty.

  3. Promote educational and curriculum system reform. Explore and innovate the mode of talent training.

  4. Implement the strategies of internationalization and informatization and promote cooperation with internationally renowned universities, academic organizations and research institutes so as to enhance the overall strength of the school.

  III. Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Applicants shall have made such academic achievements as recognized by his/her domestic and international counterparts and have an international academic vision and the idea to lead disciplinary construction. In principle, all the applicants are supposed to hold the professorship or equivalent posts in a reputable university (exceptions to those who are particularly outstanding) or a researcher or hold an equivalent post in a renowned research institute or enterprise, and a holder of a doctoral degree.

  2. Be familiar with the basic laws of higher education, understand the current status of higher education both at home and abroad and be able to formulate a forward-looking development strategy that fits the realities of the school. Have administrative experiences at a well-known domestic or overseas university, research institute or laboratory, with good skills and competence in organization, coordination, self-expression and communication and capacities of dealing with both internal and external affairs.

  3. Be dedicated and have a strong sense of service and cooperation. Be innovative. Possess good characters and be fair and upright. Adopt a rigorous approach in his/her studies.

  4. Be physically and psychologically healthy and under the age of 50 (exceptions to those who are exceptionally prominent).

  5. Domestic applicants, once appointed, shall work full time during the appointment duration. Overseas applicants, once appointed, are required to work on campus for at least 6 months every year.

  2. A catalogue of academic accomplishments for the past 5 years and photocopies of 5 pieces of typical achievements (including papers).

  3. Photocopies of highest degree certificate and diploma and certificates for current professional and technical titles and ranks.

  4. Recommendation letters from 2 or 3 renowned experts in the same domain with their contact information. 

  V. Recruitment Procedures

  1. Acceptance of applications. Deadline: Dec. 31, 2013. Application documents shall be submitted via email or by post.

  2. Examination of application documents. Groups of experts will be invited to evaluate the applications and according to the number of applicants, a certain percentage of candidates will be selected for each position.

  3. Interview. Candidates will be invited to have interviews on campus.

  4. Appointment. After the interview and public notification, final candidates for the positions will be appointed and have the employment contracts signed.

  VI. Appointment Term and Treatments

  1. The first term of appointment is 4 years. Upon expiration, based on the appraisal of his/her performance and after mutual consultation, he/she can continue to be appointed as the Dean or employed as a high-level talent in a relevant discipline.

  2. Appointees from outside CCNU will enjoy such benefits as prescribed in CCNU’s Recruitment Policy for High-level Talents. Priorities are given to those who are academicians, candidates of China National Project of “Hundred, Thousand and Ten Thousand Talents”, China Global Expert Recruitment program, China Cheung Kong Scholars program, China National Funds for Distinguished Young Scientists or other distinguished scholars from both at home and abroad. Benefits and specific treatments are to be negotiated during the interview.

  华中师范大学引进高层次人才需求计划

   各类高端人才的待遇请与学校人事处联系或面议。各类人才项目申报条件如下。
  一、“千人计划”长期项目
  根据《引进海外高层次人才暂行办法》和中组部申报通知要求,申报人须具备以下条件:
  1. 一般应在海外取得博士学位,不超过 55岁;
  2. 在海外知名高校、科研院所、国际知名企业或金融机构担任正教授或相当职务;
  3. 从事自然科学、工程技术以及经济金融、管理等领域的研究工作,具有世界一流的研究水平,近 5年在重要核心刊物上发表具有重要影响的学术论文,或获得国际重要科技奖项或掌握重要实验技能、科学工程建设关键技术。
  4. 申报人需与用人单位签订意向性工作合同,引进后每年回国工作9个月以上。
  提供待遇:
  1. 为其团队提供科研启动经费理工科不低于500万元、文科不低于100万元,配备科研助手、组建团队,在国家和学校政策范围内自主决定经费使用、人员聘用与考核;
  2. 提供安家费不低于100万元(主要用于购房补贴、搬迁等,下同);
  3. 年薪不低于60万元;
  4. 配偶随调校内安排工作;
  5. 提供过渡住房(按规定缴纳房租);
  6. 聘期8年。
  二、“长江学者”特聘教授
  1. 申报当年1月1日,自然科学类、工程技术类人选年龄不超过45周岁,人文社会科学类人选年龄不超过55周岁。
  2. 一般具有博士学位,在教学科研一线工作;海外应聘者一般应担任高水平大学副教授及以上职位或其他相应职位,国内应聘者应担任教授或其他相应职位。
  3. 胜任核心课程讲授任务;学术造诣高深,在科学研究方面取得国内外同行公认的重要成就;具有创新性、战略性思维,具有带领本学科赶超或保持国际先进水平的能力;具有较强的领导和协调能力,能带领学术团队协同攻关。
  4. 恪守高等学校教师职业道德规范,具有拼搏奉献精神。
  5. 聘期内全职在受聘高校工作。应在签订聘任合同后一年内全职到岗工作。
  提供待遇:
  1. 为其团队提供科研启动经费理工科不低于150万元、文科不低于50万元,配备科研助手、组建团队,在国家和学校政策范围内自主决定经费使用、人员聘用与考核;
  2. 提供不低于50万元安家费;
  3. 年薪不低于30万元;
  4. 配偶随调校内安排工作;
  5. 提供过渡住房(按规定缴纳房租);

  三、青年“千人计划”
  根据《青年海外高层次人才引进工作细则》和中组部申报通知要求,申报人须具备以下条件:
  1. 申报人属自然科学或工程技术领域,年龄不超过 40周岁;在海外知名高校取得博士学位,并有3年以上的海外科研工作经历;申报时在海外知名高校、科研机构或知名企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位;为所从事科研领域同龄人中的拔尖人才,有成为该领域学术或技术带头人的发展潜力。
  2. 对博士在读期间已取得突出研究成果的应届毕业生,或其他有突出成绩的,可以破格引进。
  3. 申报人需与用人单位签订意向性工作合同,引进后全职回国工作。
  提供待遇:
  1. 团队科研启动费按国家提供的经费等额划拨;
  2. 提供不低于30万元安家费;
  3. 津贴不低于8万元/年;
  4. 配偶随调校内安排工作;
  5. 提供过渡住房(按规定缴纳房租);
  6. 聘期8年。
  四、湖北省“百人计划”
  引进的人才一般应在海外取得博士学位(创业人才可适当放宽),原则上不超过55周岁,诚实守信,遵守法律法规,引进后每年回国不少于6个月,并符合下列条件之一:
  1. 在国外高校、科研院所担任相当于副教授以上职务的专家学者;
  2. 在国际或所在国知名企业和金融机构担任中、高级职务的专业技术人才和经营管理人才;
  3. 拥有自主知识产权,能在湖北省各级高新技术产业园区、开发区、留学生创业园区等各类园区创办科技型企业,实施科技成果转化,符合湖北省产业发展方向和市场需求,具有较大发展潜力和实施产业化的创业人才;
  4. 湖北省急需紧缺的其他高层次创新创业人才。
  提供待遇:
  1. 为其团队提供科研启动经费理工科不低于50万元、文科不低于20万元,配备科研助手;
  2. 提供不低于30万元安家费;
  3. 津贴不低于8万元/年;
  4. 配偶随调校内安排工作;
  5. 提供过渡住房(按规定缴纳房租);
  6. 聘期8年。
  五、“楚天学者”特聘教授
  1. 热心为聘任学校服务,科学道德高尚,学风严谨,为人正派,富于合作精神;
  2. 一般具有博士学位,在教学科研第一线工作,年龄45周岁以下,对特别突出和紧缺的人才,可适当放宽年龄要求;
  3. 国外应聘者原则上应担任高水平大学助理教授及以上职位或其他相应职位;国内应聘者原则上应担任教授或相应职位3年以上;
  4. 胜任核心课程讲授任务;
  5. 学术造诣高深,在科学研究方面取得国内外同行公认的重要成果;
  6. 具有发展潜力,对本学科建设具有创新性构想和战略性思维,具有带领本学科在其前沿领域赶超或保持国内、国际先进水平的能力;
  7. 具有较强的拼搏奉献精神和相应的组织、管理、领导能力,善于培养青年人才,注重学术梯队建设,能带领一支创新团队协同攻关;
  8. 保证聘期内每年在受聘高校工作9个月以上。
  提供待遇:
  1. 为其团队提供科研启动经费理工科不低于30万元、文科不低于10万元,配备科研助手;
  2. 提供不低于20万元安家费;
  3. 按校内同等人员享受津贴;
  4. 配偶随调校内安排工作;

  六、优秀海外留学人才
  对于在海外一流大学或研究机构具有两年及以上留学经历或在海外获得博士学位、且在所在专业和领域取得明显业绩、不具备相应职称或专家头衔的特殊优秀人才,经院系教授委员会推荐、由同行专家评审认定并报学校审批通过后引进来校工作。
  七、“千人计划”短期项目
  根据《“千人计划”短期项目实施细则》和中组部申报通知要求,申报人须符合以下条件:
  1. 申请短期项目须系国家科技、产业发展和学科建设急需、紧缺领域的领军人才或学术带头人。
  2. 一般应在海外取得博士学位,不超过 55岁;
  3. 在海外知名高校、科研院所、国际知名企业或金融机构担任正教授或相当职务;
  4. 从事自然科学、工程技术以及经济金融、管理等领域的研究工作,具有世界一流的研究水平,近 5年在重要核心刊物上发表具有重要影响的学术论文,或获得国际重要科技奖项或掌握重要实验技能、科学工程建设关键技术。
  5. 在国内工作单位固定,有明确的工作目标任务,能做出实质性贡献。
  6. 已与用人单位签订至少连续 3 年,每年在国内工作不少于2个月的工作合同,并明确合同期内工作成果知识产权的归属。
  提供待遇:
  1. 根据实际来校工作时间,提供月薪不低于5万元;
  2. 统筹国家经费,聘期内为其团队提供科研启动经费不低于30万元;
  3. 配备科研助手,提供相应工作条件,根据需要组建科研团队;
  4. 每年报销一次往返差旅费;
  5. 在校工作期间提供相应住房。
  八、“长江学者”讲座教授
  1. 在海外教学科研一线工作,一般应担任高水平大学教授职位或其他相应职位。
  2. 学术造诣高深,在本学科领域具有重大影响,取得国际公认的重大成就。
  3. 诚实守信、学风严谨、乐于奉献、崇尚科学精神。
  4. 每年在国内受聘高校工作2个月以上。
  提供待遇:
  1. 根据实际来校工作时间,提供月薪不低于1.5万元;
  2. 统筹相关经费,聘期内为其团队提供科研启动经费不低于20万元;
  3. 配备科研助手,提供相应工作条件,根据需要组建科研团队;
  4. 每年报销一次往返差旅费;
  5. 在校工作期间提供相应住房。
  九、“楚天学者”讲座教授

  Recruitment Plan of Overseas High-level Talents

Recruitment Plan of Overseas High-level Talents

  Please contact the Office of Human Resources and Office of Talent Services of CCNU for salary and other treatments. Requirements of application are as follows.

  I. The Long-Term “Recruitment Program of Global Talents”

  According to the “Interim Regulation on Recruitment Program of Global Experts” and the announcement of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on application requirements, applicants should meet the following criteria:

  1. Obtained overseas doctor’s degrees and under 55 years old.

  2. Holding the professorship or equivalent posts in overseas well-known universities, scientific institutes, internationally known enterprises or financial organizations.

  3. Applicants are expected to be engaged in the research of areas like natural sciences, engineering technology, economy, finance and administration. He/she should have first--class research ability and have published important academic papers in core journals in the recent 5 years, or won international scientific awards, capable of key experimental skills or core technologies in scientific engineering.

  4. Applicants should sign work contract with employers, and work for at least 9 months each year in China after returning from abroad.

  Salaries and Benefits:

  1. Research Initiating Fund: no less than RMB 5 million in the field of science and engineering and no less than RMB 1 million in the field of arts and social sciences; Research assistants will be provided and he/she will be able to build research team, decide the use of funds, employ and evaluate staff within national and university’s regulations.

  2. No less than RMB 1 million settling-in allowances (for buying and moving houses)

  3. Annual salary no less than RMB 600,000.

  4. Employment can be arranged for spouses within the university.

  5. Temporary apartment provided (house rent should be paid as required).

  6. The employment term is 8 years.

  II. Distinguished Professor Program of Chang Jiang Scholars Program

  Qualifications:

  1. Applicants of natural sciences and engineering should be under 45 years old and applicants of arts and social sciences should under 55 by January 1 of the applying year.

  2. Applicants should have doctor’s degree and currently engage in teaching and research; an overseas applicant is usually expected to be an associate professor or above at a famous university or hold an equivalent position; an applicant at home is expected to be a full professor or hold an equivalent position.

  3. Competent in teaching core courses: having excellent academic and scientific achievements recognized domestically and internationally by experts in the same fields. Having innovative concepts and strategic thinking, as well as the ability to lead the discipline to approach, maintain or surpass the internationally advanced level, having the essential organizing and leading ability, and being able to guide the team in making innovations and solving key issues.

  4. Applicants should be devoted to the job and abiding by the professional ethics of teachers of higher education

  5. Start working full time within one year after signing the employment contract.

  Salaries and benefits:

  1. Research Initiating Fund: no less than RMB 1.5 million in the field of science and engineering and no less than RMB 500,000 in the field of arts and social sciences; Research assistants will be provided and he/she will be able to build research team, decide the use of funds, employ and evaluate staff within national and university’s regulations..

  2. No less than RMB 500,000 settling-allowances .

  3. Annual salary no less than RMB 300,000.

  4. Employment can be arranged for spouses within the university.

  5. Temporal apartment provided (house rent should be paid as required).

  6. The term of employment is 8 years.

  III. The Recruitment Program of Global Young Experts

  According to the “Detailed Regulation of The Recruitment Program of Global Young Experts” and the announcement of the Organization Department of CPC Central Committee on application requirements, applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  1. Applicants should be engaged in areas of natural sciences or engineering technologies and be under 40 year old; earning his doctor’s degree in well-known overseas universities and more than 3 years of research experiences abroad; currently assume posts of teaching or research in overseas well-known universities, scientific institutes or R&D institutions; they should also be top talents among the peers in the same area, and have the potential of becoming the academic or technical leaders in the fields they are engaged in.

  2. PhD students who just graduated and have made breakthroughs in his research or attained other outstanding achievements can also be introduced regardless of the limits mentioned in NO. 1.

  3. Applicants should sign work contracts with employers and work full time after returning to China from abroad.

  Salaries and benefits:

  1. The research initiating fund will be allocated in equivalence to the funds provided by the country.

  2. Settling-in allowances no less than RMB 300,000.

  3. Allowances no less than RMB 80,000 per year.

  4. Employment will be arranged for spouses in the university.

  5. Temporary apartment provided (house rent should be paid as required).

  6. The term of employment is 8 years.

  IV. “100 Talents Recruitment Plan” of Hubei Province

  Generally the applicants are supposed to be no more than 55 years old and obtain a doctor’s degree abroad (conditions for entrepreneurial talent can be appropriately relaxed); be honest and abide by laws and regulations and be able to work for at least 6 months after returning from abroad. At the same time, one of the following requirements should be met:

  1. Holding the associate professorship in overseas universities or scientific institutions or a position equivalent to one above.

  2. A technical or managerial talent assuming an intermediate or senior post in internationally well-known enterprises, financial institutions or in enterprises famous in the country he/she settles in.

  3. Possessing independent intellectual property rights; being able to establish technological corporations in hi-tech industrial zones, development zones, and overseas students’ pioneer parks at all levels in Hubei, and to transfer their research findings into economic outputs. The applicant is also expected to be an entrepreneurial talent with potentials to implement industrialization and meet the needs of the market as well as the industrial development of Hubei province.

  4. Other high-level innovative talents urgently needed in Hubei Province.

  Salaries and benefits:

  1. Research initiating funds: RMB 500,000 in the field of science and engineering; and RMB 200,000 in the field of arts and social sciences; research assistants will be provided.

  2. Settling-in allowances no less than RMB 300, 000.

  3. Allowances no less than RMB 80,000 per year.

  4. Employment will be arranged for spouses in the university.

  5. Temporary apartment provided (house rent should be paid as required).

  6. The term of employment is 8 years.

  V. “ Chutian Scholar Program” ----Distinguished Professors Program

  Qualifications:

  1. Being responsible, respectable and honest and having a strong sense of team spirit

  2. Applicants are expected to have doctor’s degree and currently engaged in teaching and research; no more than 45 years old but the age requirements can be relaxed if the applicant is especially outstanding or urgently needed.

  3. An overseas applicant is normally expected to be an assistant professor or above in an A-level university or hold an equivalent position; a domestic applicant is expected to be a full professor or hold an equivalent position for at least 3 three years.

  4. Competent in teaching core courses.

  5. Academically outstanding with excellent research achievements recognized by domestic and overseas experts in the same field.

  6. Having potential, innovative concepts and strategic thinking on discipline development; being able to lead his discipline to catch up with or surpass the domestically or internationally advanced level in the frontier fields.

  7. Being devoted to work and having essential organizing, managing and leading abilities; being good at training young people; paying attention to the development of discipline team, and being able to guide the team in making innovations and solving key issues.

  8. Being able to work for at least 9 months each year during the term of employment.

  Salaries and benefits:

  1. Research initiating funds: no less than RMB 300,000 in the field of science and engineering; and no less than RMB 100,000 in the field of arts and social sciences; research assistants will be provided

  2. Settling-in allowances no less than RMB 200,000.

  3. Receiving Allowances the same level as staff members in the university.

  4. Employment will be arranged for spouses in the university.

  5. Temporary apartment provided (house rent should be paid as required).

  6. The term of employment is 8 years.

  VI. Excellent Overseas Talents

  For talents with no professional titles but have studied abroad for two years or more, have obtained doctor’s degree in top universities or scientific institutions and gained significant achievements in their specialty, through the recommendation of professor committee and the evaluation of experts in their field as well as the examination and approval of the university, can be introduced in.

  VII. The Short-term “Recruitment Program of Global Talents”

  According to the “Detailed Plans of the Short-Term Recruitment Program of Global Experts” and the announcement of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on the application requirement, the applicants should meet the following qualifications:

  1. Applicants are expected to be academic leaders urgently needed by the country in the development of science, technology, industry and key disciplines.

  2. Having overseas doctor’s degree and be no more than 55.

  3. Holding a full professorship or equivalent position in well-established overseas universities, scientific institutes, internationally known enterprises or financial institutions.

  4. Applicants are expected to be engaged in the research of areas like natural sciences, technical engineering, economy, finance and administration; have published significant academic papers in core journals in the recent 5 years or have won significant scientific awards; have important experimental skills and core technology in scientific engineering.

  5. Having a fixed job in China with clear work goals and tasks and being able to make concrete contributions.

  6. The applicant should have signed a three-year contract during which he/she can work for at least two months each year in China and the ownership of the intellectual property rights of the work achievements during the employment period should be clarified.

  Salaries and benefits:

  1. Monthly salary no less than RMB 50,000 based on the actual working time.

  2. Research Initiating funds no less than RMB 300,000 for the professor’s team during the employment period.

  3. Research assistants and favorable working conditions provided; independence of establishing research teams if necessary.

  4. Round-trip travel will be reimbursed once a year.

  5. Apartment provided during the term of employment.

  VIII. Chang Jiang Scholars Program- Chair Professor Program

  Qualifications:

  1. Applicants are assumed to be engaged in actual teaching and researching abroad and hold full professorship or other equivalent positions in A-level universities.

  2. Academically outstanding and influential with excellent research achievements recognized by international experts in the same fields.

  3. Being honest and devoted to work.

  4. Able to work for at least 2 months each year during the term of employment.

  Salaries and benefits:

  1. Monthly salary no less than RMB 15,000 based on the actual working time.

  2. Research startup funds no less than RMB 200,000 for the professor’s team during the employment period.

  3. Research assistants and favorable working conditions provided; independence of establishing research teams if necessary.

  4. Round-trip travel will be reimbursed once a year.

  5. Apartment provided during the term of employment.

  IX. “Chutian Scholar Program” Chair Professor Program
